Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Site and Services are operated by CRMBridge.ai, doing business as CRMBridge.ai ("CRMBridge", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the CRMBridge.ai website (the "Site") or any services, APIs, documentation, or content provided through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf, and "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.

2. Eligibility, Registration, and Account Security

To use certain portions of the Services (for example, developer dashboards or API access), you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident involving your account or the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to CRMBridge.ai, our infrastructure, or other users.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CRMBridge.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for your internal business purposes and to evaluate or integrate CRMBridge.ai capabilities with your own applications.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute the Site or any part of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Services, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Site or Services, except through documented APIs.
  • Use the Site or Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

Any unauthorized use of the Site or Services automatically terminates the license granted under these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare privacy and security requirements when handling patient data.

You must not, and must not permit others to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any data contained therein.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or related systems or networks.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity when using the Services.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service or to benchmark in a misleading or unfair way.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Site, the Services, and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface, designs, software, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to CRMBridge.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

"CRMBridge.ai" and any associated logos, product names, and service marks are trademarks or service marks of CRMBridge.ai or its affiliates. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding without our prior written permission.

These Terms do not grant you any rights in or to the CRMBridge.ai intellectual property other than the limited license expressly described in Section 3.

6. Customer Data, PHI, and Privacy

As a healthcare-focused integration platform, CRMBridge.ai may process data that you send to or retrieve from connected practice management systems and imaging platforms, including information that may constitute Protected Health Information ("PHI") under applicable law.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to connect your systems and transmit data through the Services. You represent and warrant that your use of the Services, and your instructions to CRMBridge.ai, will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

Our collection and use of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event we enter into a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") with you, the BAA will govern the handling of PHI and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

7. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content to us via the Site or Services (for example, feedback, feature requests, testimonials, or support communications), you grant CRMBridge.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit, that such content is accurate and lawful, and that our use of the content in accordance with these Terms will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

8. Third-Party Systems and Integrations

The Services enable integrations with third-party systems (such as dental practice management systems, imaging platforms, payment providers, and other healthcare software). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the separate terms and privacy policies of those third parties. CRMBridge.ai is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other issues arising from third-party systems or their changes, APIs, or availability.

We may, at any time, modify, suspend, or discontinue support for particular integrations if required by a third party, security considerations, or other legitimate business reasons.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRMBridge.ai disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards to protect your systems and data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will CRMBridge.ai, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to CRMBridge.ai for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

11. Promotions, Free Tiers, and Beta Features

From time to time, we may offer free tiers, trials, promotional credits, or early-access beta features. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to modify or discontinue any such offers at any time in our sole discretion.

You agree not to misuse any promotions or exploit offers in a way that violates their stated criteria, intent, or these Terms. We may revoke access to promotions or beta features and, if necessary, suspend or terminate your account in cases of misuse.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and by applicable United States federal law.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, or limits any rights that the consumer-protection law of your place of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after the revised Terms have become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site and Services.
