Fresh from the chair.
Live.
The Live Data APIs read straight from the practice management system at the moment you ask — no sync cache, no snapshot, no waiting for the next cycle. Same request style and response shapes you already use. Just add /live.

Is the whole migration
Some moments can’t wait for the next sync
The synced endpoints are fast because CRMBridge keeps a continuously-updated copy of each practice’s data. For most workflows that’s exactly right. But verifying eligibility at check-in, confirming a claim’s status, or reading the note the front desk typed ten seconds ago wants the absolute latest.
Zero sync lag
Reads hit the source practice management system directly, at request time. What the front desk sees is what your app gets.
Shapes you already know
Live responses mirror the synced endpoints field-for-field. Your models, parsers, and mappings work unchanged — no remapping, no new schema.
Graceful fallback
If a practice’s integrator is briefly offline, requests fall back to the most recent synced data — your app degrades gently instead of erroring.
The migration is one prefix
Every live endpoint keeps its synced counterpart’s name, verbs, headers, and response shape. Point the path at /live and you are reading from the chair-side system.
Synced — cached copy
POST https://api.crmbridge.ai/v1/GetPatient
BusinessID / APIToken / LocationId headers
// milliseconds — served from the sync cacheLive — straight from the PMS
POST https://api.crmbridge.ai/v1/live/GetPatient
same headers, same body, same response shape
// seconds — read from the practice system right now22 live endpoints on day one
A live counterpart for every read where freshness matters — plus /live/Status to check a practice’s realtime connectivity before you rely on it.
Live availability depends on the practice’s system supporting realtime reads; where it doesn’t, responses fall back to the synced copy and say so.
