Dentally is a cloud-based dental practice management system from Henry Schein One, used widely across UK dentistry with a growing footprint in Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Built cloud-first from the start, Dentally runs entirely in the browser and covers the day-to-day workflows of NHS and private practices alike: patient management, appointment books, treatment planning, invoicing and payments, and NHS claim submission. Dentally exposes a well-documented public REST API, which makes it one of the most integration-friendly systems in the UK dental market.
Integration with CRMBridge
CRMBridge connects to Dentally's REST API using a practice-generated API token and normalizes patients, appointments, practitioners, sites, treatment plans, invoices, payments, account balances, and NHS claim records into the same standardized endpoints used for every other PMS. Because the Dentally API supports updated-after filtering, CRMBridge performs efficient incremental syncs: after the initial load, only records that changed since the last sync are transferred, keeping data movement light even for large multi-site practices. Multi-site Dentally accounts can be scoped to an individual practice location, so DSOs can connect each site separately or aggregate them under one view.
Dentally data is handled with UK GDPR-aligned data handling practices appropriate to UK and Irish practices, and the broader CRMBridge platform is HIPAA-compliant across its US infrastructure, so mixed UK/US application estates can build against a single, consistently governed API.

Treatment plans with their dates and patients, alongside Dentally's treatment catalogue mapped to procedure codes and fee schedules for consistent cross-PMS reporting.
NHS Claims & Recalls
